We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the luxurious amenities. the room was spacious, cozy and furnished with exquisite taste. Service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was met, including private facilities with a high level of hygiene and exclusivity.
Although minor, there was a lack of soundproofing in our room, meaning we were occasionally disturbed by noise from other guests. Pros: the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to all the city's attractions as well as stunning views from our room.

We had a luxurious stay at this exclusive landmark property. the personalized service from the staff is exceptional, ensuring all our needs were fulfilled to the highest standards. Our room was spacious and well, appointed with exclusive amenities. the private facilities including the fitness center and spa were a real highlight. the location was ideal, close enough to all the main attractions but in a quiet area away from the crowds.
Even though the dishes that were available were delicious, we would have appreciated more variety for non, meat eaters.

Great location, easy access to public transportation and walking distance to coffee shops and supermarkets. The apartment was very cozy and clean, and the night view from the balcony was amazing! The host was friendly and allowed us to check in early, which was a bonus during our Christmas trip.
The apartment lacked basic amenities such as a kettle in the kitchen and a complete set of utensils. The bathroom was shared with multiple rooms, leading to waits to use it. The pillows provided were uncomfortable, leading to a poor night’s sleep. Additionally, the communication with the host was difficult and unreliable, as they were not available through WhatsApp as advertised. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We were pleased to find a place comfortably close to the bus stop that took us directly into Venice. it was too close to Venice Mestre train station where we could easily get to insular Venice by plenty of trains. the hotel was in the garden area which created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our vacation.
The furniture in the room wasn't the most comfortable.
